The purchase contract contemplates to build up a solar park.
Required area: 0.022 km2/MW as 5.5 acre
Guaranteed lifetime: min 25 years

Seller quotes the solar park installation as specified and priced even as low as: 2.6-3 USD/MW
GreenSolar’s liability:

For the system capability GreenSolar takes 20 years warranty!
For the Solar panels GreenSolar gives 20 years defined warranty (for the first 10 years 90%, for the second 10 years 80% of nominal efficiency)
For the inverter GreenSolar gives 10 years warranty.
For the system elements GreenSolar gives the standard 1 year warranty.
GreenSolar offers after sales service.
GreenSolar trains maintenance team.

Customer’s liability:

The regular maintenance and inverter changing
The daily operation
All costs in connection with the grid connection fee
All local permits and authorizations for operation

Thin film solar panel which is especially suitable for hot environment (according to the latest measurements it can generate 7-20% more electricity than the crystalline cells with the same nominal power (W) value in hot environment)
