Products or Machinery

Sol Array plans is currently developing thin film solar cells and modules using CIGS. The emphasis is on achieving modules with the greatest efficiency and durability at lowest cost. In particular, large glass substrates and cover glass will be used to help maintain performance in a wide range of environmental extremes. This also allows minimal installation costs compared to mounting many smaller modules.

The company is also developing in-line sputtering equipment for producing such CIGS modules. This is to be available also for turn-key operations worldwide.
