Our products SOLARCAP® are based on a copolymer of Ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) improved chemically to provide structural support, electrical isolation, protection and transparency. We obtain a high photo thermal stability and at the same time eliminate the stresses that avoid shrinkage during the process of lamination. Our formulations, standard cure, fast cure y ultra fast cure (films with lamination cycle time off approx. 7 minutes), allow the following specifications:
Width: Some types up to 2100 mm
Gauge: 0.300 to 1.000 mm, standard 0.460 mm
Laminates: SOLARCAP® films are available laminated to various materials such as nonwoven Fiberglas, Scrim, TPE, TPT and the other alternative back sheet materials.
Packaging: Standard reel size is 150 m, larger rolls are available on request.
