Products or Machinery
The production of our hot water boilers are conducted by inert-gas welding and line welding machines and no deformations occur on the sheet plate during welding. Owing to our automatic storage machines, the deformations on the connection points are eliminated and full impermeability is ensured. Full impermeability is ensured during the production of our cold water storages by connecting them on the sheet plate with automatic storage machines without using welding.
Heat insulation of our hot boilers are provided with polyurethane upon request and the heat loss of the storage is decreased while its durability increases. The sheet plates to be used in the production line are cut extremely precisely in electronic guillotine machines and they are subjected to welding operation after being shaped in appropriate moulds. Our collector panels are produced with extrusion and ultrasonic welding method and then they are assembled.
