Only 11 years after the company was founded we have become one of the leading suppliers of quartz glass products for the solar and semiconductor industry in Europe. We have a well-earned reputation for maximum flexibility, outstanding quality and first-class customer service. We attach great importance to customer satisfaction. We regard the provision of expert advice and individually designed solutions as a priority and our customer service continues to be available for as long as a client may need it. We are continually taking steps to ensure that the high quality of our services is maintained: Our committed and well-trained staff continually undergo additional training. As part of the ongoing training process 30% of our glass equipment makers have already successfully completed the Master Craftsman training program in the field of quartz processing. From 2005 we shall be training apprentices ourselves. In 2003 we moved into our new works in Allershausen, 27 kilometers north of Munich. Our production technology at the new site is the most up to date available. Since 2000 we have had DIN EN ISO 9001 and 14001 certification and we are regularly audited by our customers. Our quality management naturally includes not only inspection of first samples but also other regulated and documented production processes and the measuring of components with our 3D measuring machines.
