The company provides competent advice, solution design, CAD support and documentation – from the design stage, creating a prototype up to manufacturing in series production. The HAWE products are developed in a consistently modular design thus providing customer-specific solutions at a strong price/performance ratio combined with high flexibility and reliable support. The product range consists of constant and variable displacement pumps, power packs, valves and sensors, all available in a variety of different versions and sizes. HAWE Hydraulik offers also electronic components that are exactly attuned to the hydraulic components and provide an easy control and remote diagnosis. All structural components that bear pressure are made of steel. This is the basis for this particular compact design, long service life and reliability or for an operation pressure up to 700 bar. The traditional demands on the products like function, quality and long service life are increasingly added by requests for energy saving, eco-friendly, weight and space saving system solutions. The earlier the OEM-supplier is involved as development partner in the system planning and design the bigger are the achievable savings in energy, space requirements, installation time and the required oil volume. If HAWE Hydraulik considers efficiency of a hydraulic system it analyses the whole system during the whole life time cycle. The bigger the angle of view the bigger are the savings. Markets Mobile hydraulics For mobile machines HAWE Hydraulik offers an energy efficient system that consists of proportional directional spool valves, load-holding valves and variable displacement axial piston pumps for load independent and stepless regulation of the actuator’s movement speed. If the individual components come all from one source their interactions will have been tried and tested. All that remains to be done is to adjust each one to the specific application. This will allow above all manufacturers of oscillation critical vehicle superstructures, such as turntable ladders on fire-engines, aerial work platforms and concrete pump arms, to generate cost savings by cutting their time and resources spent on the products. Industrial hydraulics A typical field of operation for hydraulics in a machine tool and other indus-trial applications is the control of clamping functions. The hydraulics drives’ general assets, such as power density and compact built, are particularly evident here. Typical possibilities to rise the systems efficiency already realized by HAWE Hydraulik are the use of compact power units in intermittent service, zero-leakage seated valves, accumulator charging circuits, higher operation pressures and intelligent electronic control.
