Rand (the production company) which is a part of the American Israely Gas Coropration Company Ltd. was founded in 1947 the company is producing solar collectors and boilers since 1967 and serves especially the new building industry in Israel , Elsol was founded by Rand’s former managing director Eli Shilton in 2007 and is specializing in
