1. The company BESCO GmbH, located in Düsseldorf, is a German distributor for solar modules and solar cells. We sell products of our company BLD and of our partner company CEEG. Since June 2008, our own manufacturing company BLD Solar Technology Co. Ltd. has been producing solar modules in accordance to international standards in the newly built 50 million € plant in Zhejiang (East China). Capacity currently amounts to 50 MWp for the year 2009 and is about to be expanded further. The company is certified according to ISO 9001; VDE, TÜV and CE certifications are scheduled for the immediate future. BLD is already producing as a supplier in accordance with the applicable standards. In addition to our own modules, we sell solar modules made by CEEG PV-Business, a leading company in the Chinese photovoltaic market. CEEG manufactures modules with a current capacity of 250 MWp per year and is about to extend this capacity to 420 MWp by 2010. CEEG is certified according to TÜV IEC 61215, TÜV Safety Class II, SGS-EMC Compliance, ISO 9001, ISO 14001. The solar cells used are produced by Sunergy, a NASDAQ-listed company located in Nanjing, capital of the Chinese Jiangsu province. Sunergy manufactures international top-class solar cells. Currently, production capacity amounts to 320 MWp (SE, HP and P types). The R&D team is continuously working to improve solar cell technology and manufacturing methods. Central storage facilities in Europe In order to be able to quickly react to our customers´ wishes, shipping requirements and need for replacements, CEEG operates a storage facility in Italy near Venice with the most widely used solar module formats amounting to 650 KWp. For the BLD products, suitable storage locations in the Düsseldorf area are currently being evaluated. We can thus ensure rapid reaction times and fast deliveries in the interest of our customers. 2. Products We manufacture both standard sizes and custom-made solar modules tailored to your needs. With our own production facilities operated by BLD Solar Technology Co. Ltd. and our partner CEEG PV-Business we are able to offer individual solutions to our customers.
