Wafer Measuring Systems for a fast and exact analysis

The Quality Standard

Hennecke machines are the standard inline inspection systems for solar wafers. Most of the well known Solar Wafers producers use Hennecke inspection machines.

The first wafer measurement machine was built in 1999 for Bayer Solar AG (since 2000 Deutsche Solar AG). In consequence of constant performance improvements Hennecke created a high level standard.

The Hennecke wafer inspection module HE-WIS-04 measures mono and multi crystalline wafers of size 125 mm x 125 mm up to 210 mm x 210 mm (rectangular or pseudosquare).

The system uses only non-contact measurements and the transport is done with a constant speed. This way, the stress for the wafers is as small as possible.
