In one of the most modern solar cell productions in the world, mono the multi crystalline solar cells are produced around the clock under implementation of the newest, highly automated processing equipment as well as the continuous process and material flow monitoring under clean room conditions. Through a fully integrated production concept it is possible to flexibly control the implementation of the necessary additives that are necessary for production and to continuously optimize the implementation of material during production. In this manner, the amount of waste is substantially reduced in comparison to common methods. This does not only reduce production costs but also provides the SolarWorld Group with additional know-how for the production of solar cells.
The so called charge monitoring, the monitoring of the products throughout the entire production procedure and the quality control in all steps of processing sets the basis for the high quality crystalline solar cells of the German Cell Ltd.
