Neuer Großauftrag für Zippe aus dem Hause Wiegand-Glas

Einen Großauftrag für ein absolutes Ausnahmeprojekt was Größe und Performance angeht hat die Fa. ZIPPE Industrieanlagen GmbH von Wiegand-Glas erhalten. Bei diesem anspruchsvollen Projekt handelt es sich um ein neues Gemenge- und Scherbenhaus sowie zwei Scherbenrückführungen für den Standort Schleusingen (Thüringen).
Erst kürzlich wurde das neue Zippe-Gemengehaus für Wiegand-Glas in Steinbach am Wald in Betrieb genommen.

Bei dem Werk in Schleusingen werden in direktem Anschluss an das bestehende Produktionsgelände zwei neue Schmelzwannen gebaut. Die Firma Zippe wurde beauftragt, die Errichtung des dazu nötigen Gemenge- und Scherbenhauses sowie zwei Scherbenrückführungen schlüsselfertig auszuführen. Das neue Gemenge- und Scherbenhaus ist für die Versorgung von zwei Schmelzwannen konzipiert.

Weiterhin gehören die beiden Scherbenrückführungssysteme zum Zippe- Lieferumfang. Hierbei kommen fünf Kratzerförderer sowie die bewährte Zippe- Brechertechnologie zum Einsatz. Die so entstehenden Eigenscherben werden direkt in die Scherbensilos im Wannengebäude gefördert und dort wieder dem Schmelzprozess zugeführt.

Die Linie zur Versorgung der ersten Schmelzwanne wird Anfang 2020 in Betrieb gehen. Im Anschluss daran soll zeitnah Linie 2 die Produktion aufnehmen.
Zum Zippe-Lieferumfang gehört der komplette Stahlbau inkl. Silos, die Equipmentlieferung, die Steuerung sowie die kompletten Dienstleistungen wie Montage, Verkabelung, Verrohrung, Inbetriebnahme und Schulung des Kundenpersonals.
Zippe ist stolz, nach dem Großprojekt in Steinbach am Wald, auch dieses neue besondere Projekt für Wiegand-Glas in Schleusingen ausführen zu dürfen.
