Die Herausforderung der berührungslosen Temperaturmessung im Produktionsprozess von Glas

Mithilfe der berührungslosen Temperaturmessung an Glas können Risse, Verdickungen, Dünnstellen oder Blasen im Glasherstellungsprozess ermittelt werden. Im Temperaturbereich von 100 °C bis 3000 °C ist die berührungslose Temperaturmessung an Gläsern mit DIAS Messtechnik möglich. Die weite Spanne des Temperaturmessbereichs sowie harsche Umgebungsbedingungen stellen spezielle Anforderungen an die Messgeräte.

Die DIAS Wärmebildkameras, Infrarot-Linienkameras und Pyrometer messen die Temperaturen an Glasoberflächen und Glasschmelzen in speziellen Spektralbereichen, um den Emissionsgradeinfluss zu vermindern und somit die Messergebnisse nicht zu verfälschen.
