Its original operations were based on the vacuum furnace fusion process for wear protection of valves and pumps.

Primary thermal spraying of nickel and cobalt based alloys is followed by fusion of the sprayed coating under vacuum conditions, producing a highly uniform, dense and pore free deposit, bonded metallurgically to the substrate. Coating quality is unmatched by any other sprayed process. Vacuum fusion is selected for applications which require the ultimate quality and performance.
