Products or Machinery

The ECOGLASS optical sorter allows the automatic classification and separation of various types of materials, by composition (NIR), colour (VIS) and/or shape (deep learning).

ECOGLASS models are designed to work in glass recovery and cleaning processes in different flows.

These equipment are designed in a versatile concept of easy adaptation to different processes where the material is crushed and requires separation or cleaning by means of colour and shape criteria. By means of different options it is also possible to detect lead content in glass and ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

Picvisa Machines SG1500

The new generation of ECOGLASS introduces improvements both in performance, with new software developments, in operability and ease of maintenance. Some of these improvements are:

  • New modular chassis design that improves maintenance access and robustness to the equipment.
  • Air-conditioned chamber cabinets to improve work stability in the face of significant temperature variations.
  • Simplification of basic maintenance operations
  • Sensor module with flowmeter to control compressed air consumption, electrical consumption or vibrations.
  • Redesign of options such as the second blowing bar, metal detector, etc

Picvisa Machines Recycling
PICVISA’s testing facility, which is 800m2, is an industrial-scale testing lab for the recovering of waste and for recycling. Through this facility, the performances and productions of the PICVISA equipment can be confirmed for a wide range of residues, using the most advanced technology and in real functioning conditions.

The Test Center, located in Calaf (Barcelona, Spain), allows to carry out industrial and municipal waste recycling tests. Such as plastic waste, light packaging, glass waste, end-of-life vehicles, paper and cardboard waste, municipal solid waste including organic waste, compost waste and methanation, as well as construction and demolition waste or industrial slag and incineration.
