New Annealing Lehrs at Rubin Glass Factory in Bulgaria
Pennekamp is proud to announce the successful commissioning of four Annealing Lehrs at the Rubin Glass factory in Pleven, Bulgaria. This marks the third furnace project completed in partnership with Rubin Glass.
The outstanding turnkey project was completed right on time to celebrate Rubin Glass’s 60th anniversary, made possible through the dedication and close cooperation of the Rubin Glass team and Pennekamp’s engineering specialists.
The project scope includes:
4 Annealing Lehrs, complete Hot-End Handling Systems such as Cross Conveyors and 3-axis / 4-axis Robotic Servo Stackers, as well as advanced Cold-End Coating Systems.
To support Rubin Glass’s commitment to reducing gas consumption and harmful emissions, all Pennekamp Lehrs were equipped with the latest generation of intelligent, energy-efficient BLEU burner technology.
Pennekamp extends its sincere thanks to the entire Rubin Glass team for their exceptional collaboration throughout installation, commissioning and start-up. Their enthusiasm and professionalism made this launch a true success.
