With an overall grade point average of 2.0, ten apprentices completed their vocational training at SGL Carbon in Meitingen this summer. The young skilled workers were trained as electronics technicians for industrial engineering, process mechanics, machine and plant operators, and industrial mechanics (m/f/d). Nine out of ten graduates have decided to continue their careers at SGL Carbon and will be taken on.
As part of the graduation ceremony, the site and HR management, the trainers and the Works Council congratulated the young trainees on their graduation and presented them with their certificates.
SGL Carbon will continue to invest in vocational training and thus in young talent in the future.
