Eine neue Gemengeanlage mit einem System für Gemenge- und Scherbenförderung zur neuen Wanne wurde kürzlich bei PT Culletprima Setia in Indonesien installiert.
Das Projekt wurde auf dem Höhepunkt der Corona-Pandemie realisiert. Nichtsdestotrotz wurden alle Herausforderungen zusammen mit dem Kunden in einer flexiblen und partnerschaftlichen Zusammenarbeit gelöst, was letztlich zum Erfolg des Projektes führte.
Die neue Anlage wurde auf dem Gelände neben der bestehenden Produktionsanlage gebaut und versorgt eine neue Wanne für Tableware mit einer Leistung von 130 to/Tag bei einem Scherbenanteil von 30%.
Zippe lieferte neben der Gemengeanlage auch einen neuen Kratzerförderer sowie einen Brecher für die Scherbenanlage.
Die Inbetriebnahme erfolgte kürzlich. Die Anlage läuft seitdem reibungslos.
