ISOGON zählt zu den Siegern des diesjährigen Great Place to Work® Wettbewerbs „Beste Arbeitgeber in Berlin-und Brandenburg“. Ausgezeichnet wurden jene Unternehmen, deren Unternehmenskultur und Arbeitsplatzbedingungen besonders attraktiv sind.
„Seit Gründung im Jahr 1992 möchten wir in unserem Unternehmen ebenso besonderen Mehrwert für unsere Mitarbeiter schaffen!“, so das Management-Team der ISOGON Fenstersysteme GmbH. „Auch wenn man als Geschäftsführung ein Gespür für Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit entwickelt, gibt es manchmal Zweifel, ob die Maßnahmen zur Förderung des Arbeitsklimas so greifen wie erhofft. Die Auszeichnung bestätigt nun unseren Weg und unsere Bemühungen seit knapp drei Jahrzehnten. Das macht stolz.“
Great Place to Work® Bewertungsgrundlage war eine anonyme Befragung der Mitarbeiter von ISOGON zu zentralen Arbeitsplatzthemen – so zum Beispiel zum Vertrauen in die Führungskräfte, zur Identifikation mit dem Unternehmen, den beruflichen Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten, der Vergütung, Gesundheitsförderung und Work-Life-Balance. Ebenso bewertet wurden die Maßnahmen zur Personal- und Führungsarbeit. Anhand der erzielten Ergebnisse würden 97 Prozent der Mitarbeiter ISOGON als Arbeitgeber weiterempfehlen.
Der Länderwettbewerb „Beste Arbeitgeber in Berlin-Brandenburg“ fand bereits zum siebten Mal statt. Unternehmen aller Größen und Branchen nahmen an der Befragung zur Qualität und Attraktivität der Arbeitsplatzkultur teil und stellten sich einer Prüfung durch das unabhängige Great Place to Work® Institut.
