, HORNHORN führt Wannenreparatur für Stoelzle durch
Stoelzle hat HORN mit der Kaltreparatur seiner Wanne 1 beauftragt. Das Projekt umfasst den Austausch der bestehenden Wanne durch eine neue 200 t/d U-Flammenwanne im Werk Heřmanova Hut` von Stoelzle in der Tschechischen Republik. Die 70 m² große U-Flammenwanne ist für die Herstellung von Behälterglasprodukten in Amber ausgelegt und wird mit Erdgas betrieben.
Um sowohl den Einschmelzvorgang als auch das Läutern des Glases zu unterstützen, sind mehrere elektrische Zusatzbeheizungen (HORN E-Fusion Power Boosting) im Boden der Schmelzwanne eingebaut. Die bewährte HORN-Technologie trägt dazu bei, die CO2-Emissionen zu reduzieren und gleichzeitig eine hochwertige Glasproduktion zu gewährleisten. Dies ist ein weiterer wichtiger Schritt für Stoelzle auf dem Weg zur Herstellung von Glasbehältern mit geringeren CO2-Emissionen.
Die Wanne wird mit dem neuesten Glasstandmesssystem HORN HRD-BEAM, Mess- und Regeltechnik, Beheizungssystem sowie weiterer modernster Ausrüstung ausgestattet. Das Engineering der Feuerfestkonstruktion, die Installation der Stahlkonstruktion und der Ausrüstung sowie die Inbetriebnahme werden von HORN durchgeführt.
Das Projekt wird von HORN Glass Industries geleitet und durchgeführt, mit zusätzlicher Unterstützung durch die Tochtergesellschaft HORN Moravia a.s.
Die Reparatur der Wanne unter der Supervision von HORN ist für das 1. Quartal 2026 vorgesehen.
