Grant Bailey will be taking over from Jens Rosenthal as managing director of EME on January 1 2026.
Bailey has been technical director of EME since 2015, having moved to Germany from South Africa to join the company as an area sales manager in 2013.
SORG managing partner Michael Sorg says: “I’m very pleased Grant – a proven expert in the industry – is taking over this key position from Jens.”
Jens Rosenthal, who will be taking his well-deserved retirement on December 31 2025, joined EME in 1989 and became MD in 2007. His senior positions at the company have also included head of technology/administration and head of sales.
Sorg says: “After 36 years of service, we wish Jens all the best for his well-deserved retirement.”
