Dip-Tech to participate in Vitrum Milan, 2013

, DIP Tech Ltd.

Dip-Tech, the world leader in R&D and manufacturing of patent-protected Digital Ceramic In-Glass Printers and Digital Ceramic Inks, will be showcasing the latest in Digital Ceramic In-Glass printing technology this coming October at Vitrum.

Join us in Hall 24, booth K01-K09 and learn about Dip-Tech´s unmatched and field-proven solution that is designed for all interior and exterior printed glass applications, spanning the full range of decorative and functional requirements. The solution includes:

-AR Series Printers - dedicated in-glass digital printers that jet specially designed Digital Ceramic Inks. They are equipped with unique features to achieve the highest quality and speed. The Single Pass Printing feature is comprised of Drop Fixation and an integrated inline dryer that together make single registration for multi-layer printing, inline double vision and overall high resolution package possible. Printing Throughput Efficiency focuses speed; High-Definition Print Heads and a smooth color switch increase print speed so that overall throughput increases without losing quality. These advanced and vital features make the AR Series the most versatile and advanced digital ceramic in-glass printers available.

-Digital Ceramic Inks - developed and manufactured by Dip-Tech, the fully integrated portfolio of inks includes six colors that combine to mimic CMYK, and a range of functional inks such as Slip-Resistance, Digital Etch, and Conductive. The inks meet industry standards for durability and are proven to be resistant to scratching, UV, and weather.

-DXP XL - design-to-glass workflow solution. Features such as digital mixing for color matching and opacity control allow the software to easily turn standard graphics files into ready-to-print images that are tuned for optimal results with printing on glass.

We invite Vitrum visitors to view a live printing demonstration with the AR6000W, explore the wide variety of printed glass elements which will reflect patterns, photorealism, etch, solids, conductive inks, and transparency control. For further inspiration on printed glass designs, Glass Processors are invited to browse the interactive glass design catalogue, and scroll through images of completed projects for inspiration.
