Dip-Tech announced on July 15, 2013 that they have opened a new headquarters dedicated to North American operations. This new location was a natural next step due to the significant growth of the company. The center will provide a new level of service for customers in the region offering technical, graphics and customer support.

Placement and shipment of ink, flushing fluid, and spare part orders will also be directed through the new headquarters. "Opening this site will improve our logistics process and allow us to increase our response time to our customers," said Alysa Hoffmeister, VP & General Manager of Dip-Tech North America. "Best of all our customer and technical support line will be available 24/7 to provide an increased level of commitment to our customers´ overall success."

Additionally, Dip-Tech has implemented professional training programs to enrich their customers´ capabilities in design and applications so they can broaden their project offerings. The first Advanced Applications Training was held in Chicago in mid June. The two day intensive graphic workshop included recommendations for improving production and workflow. Dip-Tech is looking to host their next Advanced Applications Training following the Glass Build America exhibition taking place in Atlanta this coming September. "We are not only selling innovative machinery but offering a complete and holistic solution. Dip-Tech is focused on providing all the support a glass fabricator needs to ensure a smooth transition into the digital glass revolution" said Yariv Matzliach, CEO of Dip-Tech. To that end, Dip-Tech has also expanded its European operations with the opening of a hub in Spain to serve its European customers.

There are many technologies and methods available today to create decorative glass and functional glass. Dip-Tech has revolutionized this field because they are the first to combine modern digital printing technology with specialized ceramic frit and a unique image to glass color management system. Those components bundled with local support and training opportunities helps customers attain their goals for developing their business and leaving their mark in printed glass.
