The "Glass Technology Area" demonstrates the process flow of a hollow and float glass production to prospective customers by graphical presentation of all relevant steps. The areas cover the whole production process from batch supply to the melting and production technology until packing and storage at the "cold end". The other sections Tableware and Technical Glass are also online with extensive supplier information.

Depending on the technology, each of these partial production stages can further be divided into more detailed partial sections.

Each of these rubrics is exclusively attended professionally by a well reputed company who is expert in the respective sector. In order to avoid any conflict within the range of activities of involved companies, we have created further sub-categories matching with individual sections of the process already in the preliminary stages of design. For example, the section "glass melting" can further be divided into the cate-gories refractories, doghouse, heating or control technology.
