In order to comply with the permanent increase in our customer demands, GPS regards quality as one of its utmost priorities.
Beginning with the choice of the best possible materials followed up with consistent goods quality control, trial runs of mechanisms before final assembly on the machine, comprehensive "cold run" functionality tests on the completed machine (in presence of the customer) and ending with continuous improvement in qualifications of our staff.
Our design and engineering department is constantly occupied with the implementation of new innovations and further development of individual components and mechanisms. These activities have been rewarded with but a few of the following examples, several of which have been exclusively patented to GPS; Servo-Pusher (one type for both left and right hand delivery machines), self aligning delivery system, streamline mould cooling, plunger dual cooling system, plunger pressure control system, Servo-Feeder etc. |
