GLAMACO Maschinenbau GmbH was established as Glasmaschinenbau Coswig in 1957. The company is owned for 100% by the Swiss company INDEL AG.

GLAMACO Maschinenbau GmbH is a highly development orientated company for the branches of industry of glass machines, automation for several industrial branches like aircraft industry, pharmacological industry and industrial furnaces.

Our product range covers conveyors, complex handling devices, CNC machines up to complete production lines. Based on our in-house design work including electric project planning and software processing, manufacturing, installing and service we can guarantee highly advanced customised solutions.

We fulfil special requests like the integration of new machines into existing production lines. Such solutions have been customized and delivered to Samsung Corning Germany, SCHOTT, EADS, SOLARWATT AG.

    Die Dekorschleifmaschine DSM kann wahlweise mit 2, 4 bzw. 8 Stationen geliefert werden.

    Sie verfügt über reihenförmig angeordnete, gleichzeitig arbeitende Schleifstationen. Der Antrieb der Schleifscheiben erfolgt durch frequenzgesteuerte Drehstrommotoren mit individueller Drehzahleinstellung. Die Maschine kann wahlweise mit Doppel- bzw. Einspindelschleifköpfen geliefert werden. Es ist möglich, jede Schleifspindel mit zwei Schleifscheiben zu bestücken.

    Zur Führung der sechs Antriebsachsen sowie des Schleifdruckes besitzt die Maschine eine freiprogrammierbare numerische Steuerung mit 5D-Interpolation.

    Die Erstellung der Schleifprogramme erfolgt im Dialog mit grafischer Kontrolle auf einem Personalcomputer, die Schleifprogramme werden auf Diskette gespeichert.

    The decoration grinding machine DSM can be supplied with 2, 4 or 8 stations alternatively.

    It has grinding stations arranged in a row and is working simultaneously. The grinding wheels are driven by frequency controlled A.C. motor with individual speed control. The machine can be supplied alternatively with double or single spindle grinding head. It is possible to arrange each grinding spindle with two grinding wheels.

    The movements of these six driving axles, as well as the grinding pressure, are controlled by freely programmable numeric control, with 5D-interpolation.

    The grinding programmes are written on a PC providing conversational processing with graphic control and are stored on floppy disks
