Agent QC - Immediated detection of impact, temperatures or pressures which could result in damage to glass vessels in production and supply chain.

AWS/Global VU - Web based temperature and humidity monitoring technology used in Pharma, transportation and manufacturing to instantly detect and report excursions from remote or local locations.

History & Products

Agent Quality Control provides a custom wireless “in line” solution to identify harmful impact and vibration on beverage filling lines and glass manufacturing facilities.

This product gives you the information you need to correct the problem areas within your filling lines for maximum waste reduction.

We know that when it comes to any glass manufacturing, filling or processing line that waste reduction is major focal point and we can give you the information you need to cut your waste costs by a large margin.

Sensors installed in a replica vessel of the product, as specified by our customers through internal engineered drawings, are placed with real vessels moving uninterrupted though the facility, all the while transmitting data to a remote handheld computer.

The user can then view the data and receive programmable alerts on what is happening to their product as they are being filled, packaged or accumulated.

Data is shown instantly, allowing customers to quickly identify problems or proactively determine where a problem may develop in order to: reduce waste in the supply chain, improve the incidence of line shut downs or reduce set up and calibration times.
AQC can be used in most primary, secondary and tertiary packaging operations without interfering with, or having to shut down, plant operations.

Although modern bottling plants are sophisticated in mechanical design, the employed principles no longer provide sufficient scope for the optimization necessary to meet waste reduction targets. However, the introduction of modern control theory and new technologies could allow for further improvements to be made.

With the introduction of the Agent QC into a plant we can:

  • Improve Efficiency
  • Pack Rate Improvements
  • Better line speed control and synchronization
  • Specific machine troubleshooting
  • Solving disputes with supply chain partners
  • Provide an objective analysis
  • The AQC can also help reduce time spent investigating and correcting handling faults

Bottom line
Agent Quality Control automatically increases your operational efficiencies and reduces labor and glass breakage.
