Land Instruments International is a world leader in the design, manufacture and application of infrared thermometers, thermal imging and infrared linescanning systems with over fifty five years of experience in industrial temperature measurement.
Land have led the field since its foundation in 1947, developing infrared radiation thermometers for non contact temperature measurement - answering the needs of quality, process and instrument engineers in many different industries.
In 1989, Land was the first manufacturer of infrared thermometers to achieve ISO9001 Quality Management System approval for both the design and manufacture of non contact infrared temperature measuring equipment. This approval was extended to cover in-house repair in 1992, and software design and development in 1996.
The Land UKAS accredited Calibration Laboratory was the first in the UK to meet the international standards of BS EN ISO/IEC 17025.
