Pannkoke Flachglastechnik GmbH is a special factory which manufactures equipment, machines and tools for the glass processing industry. Their mid-sized enterprise was founded in 1900.

Since 1958 we have been developing and producing practical vacuum lifting devices and flat glass cutting machines. Cutting Technique

The products span a range from simple manual cutting machines to CNC controlled cutting lines for glass from 1000 x 2200 mm to 6000 x 3250 mm.

Our Loading-Cutting Table 428, for example, can handle 2250 x 3210 mm glass because it is specially customized. Its cutting machine is chosen according to the customer’s requirements. It can accommodate a 115-5d Manual Cutting Machine with digital dimension display or a modern Prince3 CNC-cutting machine. There is even an automatic rack system for cutting different glass types available for this loading system.

For economical cutting of many large glass sheets of the same size we deliver two-bridged cutting tables. The entire glass sheet is cut with two cutting bridge movements. This cutting machine type is available as Cutting Machine 215-MAN for manual cutting or as Cutting Machine 215 for automatic cutting.

Cutting and tilt tables as well as 3-ply-laminated cutting machines and any conceivable combination of loading, cutting and break-out tables round out our diverse product line.

Vacuum Handling Technique

In the field of vacuum handling technology you’ll find that we have the largest and widest product range available world-wide.

We manufacture a range of vacuum lifting devices: for small weights up to the transport of several thousand kilograms. Even the installation of 12 x 5 m façade  elements weighing approximately 2,800 kg has been achieved without any problems using our technology. Glazing under roof projections is not a problem for our special devices. With the right products it is possible to handle weights of up to 1,200 kg even if the elements are curved.

We hold a top position world-wide for putting the latest safety requirements into action. Our devices from this model range have two independent vacuum circuits with all the warning devices required by the safety norms prEN 13155 and draft norms prEN 13035-1 and prEN 13035-2.

And of course we offer manipulating devices for maximum transport weights up to 350 kg for the production.

Besides the many devices for glass processing we offer no end of solutions for the transport of metal sheets, stone plates, gypsum wallboards and plastic boards. Special ways of constructing vehicles or for moving windows with mounted roller shutters round out our product range.
