TLC International continues to gain ground in Gen-3 and Gen-5TLC International continues to gain ground in Gen-3 and Gen-5 flat panel production lines throughout the world with high-accuracy glass cutting equipment and technology, setting the new standard of highly reliable, computer-controlled precision mechanical glass cutting equipment for micromachining almost any shape that can be drawn in AutoCAD®. Unparalleled design/engineering and continuous software upgrade enhancements have proven an incredible zero MTBF record for over seven years in 99% of TLC installation sites worldwide. Designed to cut laminate and single sheet glass/substrates, the Gen-3 TLC Phoenix-600® (24" x 24"/ 600 mm X 600 mm) and the TLC Summit Gen-5® (46" x 58"/1160mm X 1460 mm) provide fast set-up, easy operation, low maintenance, and dependable, quality output for R&D, start-up and full production facilities. TLC´s engineering team continues to make monumental achievements in alignment capabilities for repeatable close-tolerance cutting required for cutting specialized displays vital to avionic, aerospace, automotive, mobile device, flat screen, touch screen, filter, sensor, solar panel and a myriad of other industries. TLC cutting capabilities for single sheet or laminate substrates include:

Custom TLC software seamlessly interfaces with AutoCAD® drawings, utilizing user-friendly GUI operator screens. In TLC reports focused interest on superior multifunctionality and versatility of their glass cutting equipment´s capability to cut standard/shaped parts from 0.003"/0.0762 mm - 0.250"/6.0 mm single sheet glass/substrates with accuracies of +0.002"/0.0508 mm for X-Y and +0.003"/0.0762 mm for shaped configurations. If contamination is a concern, Nitto® tape or other protective polymer membranes may be used, being cut simultaneously in the TLC scribe process, leaving the protective coating on each part until it is peeled off in preparation for final component installation. 30.04.2007, TLC international News material on the Site is copyright and belongs to the Company or to its third party news provider, and all rights are reserved.
