Technoform aligns North American I-Spacer™ Market Teams

Technoform, a global leader in the design, production and istribution of high-perforance warm-edge insulating glass spacers, nnounces hat it has aligned its North American I-Spacer™ market teams into distinct ommercial and residential sectors to better service the specific needs of customers in each area.

“As we continue working with a growing base of IG manufacturers in North America, we found that the commercial and residential IG segments are distinct enough to justify separate sales and service structures to meet specific customer and market needs,” said Mark Silverberg, President of Technoform North America. “This evolution perfectly complements our customer and market-centric strategy; it enables us to offer highly customized service and support to each segment.”

Each sector will continue to operate from Technoform’s Twinsburg, Ohio headquarters. As part of the alignment, Technoform promoted Milind Jhaveri to the position of Residential Market Manager. Silverberg will retain the position of

I-Spacer Commercial Market Manager in addition to serving as President of Technoform North America. Jhaveri has been with Technoform since 2005. As Residential Market Manager, he is responsible for sales, marketing and strategic planning functions within Technoform’s I-Spacer residential scope of operations. He also will spearhead personnel development initiatives throughout the year. Jhaveri previously served as a Sales Engineer and Interim Marketing Manager for Technoform’s I-Strut thermal insulating strut.

“Milind is an ideal fit to lead the residential sector. He is a veteran of the IG business, and he possesses extensive experience in R&D, product development, materials testing and ISO certification,” said Silverberg. “Industry specialists at Technoform like Milind provide expert sales and consultative support. And with the recent addition of our Twinsburg manufacturing facility to our family of locations in Germany, Japan, China, Spain and Italy, we are well on our way to building the same market leadership in North America as we have built around the globe.”
