Sensor Wireless Inc. Launches NEW Agent QC™ Wireless Top Load Sensor

Sensor Wireless proudly announces the newest addition to its popular Agent QC™ wireless impact monitoring technology. The Agent QC Top Load Sensor (AQC TLS) will enable managers to determine the exact crown and capping force required to ensure the integrity of filled containers, without the need for line shutdowns. As with all Sensor Wireless technologies, the AQC TLS operates in line with real product and wirelessly transmits real-time data to a handheld device used remotely by the operator. The unique patented design provides force sensor technology combined with an interchangeable replica container, engineered to meet the size and filling specifications of everyday brands.

Bottle capping & in line force verification: One major and common challenge in the pharmaceutical and food & beverage industry is capping after filling.. It is crucial to ensure proper capping force by utilizing improved servomotors and a settable cap mechanism. Although many systems come with the capability to reject the bottles having insufficient capping torque on line during production, reliable quality assurance programs and check points are still required to ensure that this happens and provide added quality assurance. Considering that some of these automated systems operate at the rate of 1200 bottles per minute, it is essential to detect, verify and fix any malfunction early on.
