New e-Order Confirmation System at Thermoseal Group

Thermoseal Group has introduced a new e-order confirmation system as part of its commitment to continual improvement of its customer service offering. 

This new e-system automatically generates an e-mail, or in the absence of an e-mail address, a fax to customers who place an order with one of Thermoseal’s UK-wide sales team. 

This e-mail contains all of the order details including: products, quantity and prices; as well as delivery information and the individual contact details of the person who took the order.

Gwain Paterson, Managing Director at Thermoseal Group, says: “Our new system is in its early stages, but I’m proud to say that we have had some great feedback about it so far.  

“The e-confirmation allows customers to identify order errors early on and then contact the person that they have placed the order with to make any changes.

“We see the order confirmation as our immediate promise of delivery, and we know that keeping our promises is what re-enforces our customers trust in us.  Building and maintaining this trust is our number one priority for 2008 and beyond.”
