GlassPrint 2007 – an outstanding success!

GlassPrint 2007, the leading event in Europe for the decoration of glass, was very successfully staged in Frankfurt in November.

The two-day conference programme presented an international audience with 11 conference papers to offer the latest advanced technologies covering digital, pad and screen technology for printing onto automotive, architectural and container glass. In addition, a keynote address was made for both the flat and container sectors.

The conference programme was supported by intervals dedicated to the accompanying tabletop exhibition of leading suppliers of products and services. Delegates also benefited from networking with their peers and suppliers during an evening dinner.

The number of delegates attending increased by over 30% from the inaugural GlassPrint event in 2005, while the exhibition area had grown by 65%. After confirming its status as the leading conference and exhibition for this sector in Europe, the organisers are already planning to repeat GlassPrint in 2009.
