Creative Materials Offers Economical Conductive InksCreative Materials, Inc, a leading manufacturer of electrically conductive ink, coating and adhesives, is now offering a low cost conductive ink, 125-04 containing a silver/copper alloy with sheet resistivity of 25 milliohm/square/mil. This product features excellent adhesion to Kapton, Mylar, glass and a variety of other surfaces. Unlike conventional conductive materials, this product is very resistant to flexing and creasing. Applications include RFID antennas, emi/rfi shielding, polymer thick film circuitry and membrane switches. TYPICAL CURED PROPERTIES: SUGGESTED HANDLING & CURING: 125-04 is ready to use as supplied. Further thinning may be accomplished by adding small amounts of CMI Thinner # 102-03 and/or butyl cellosolve acetate. Prior to using, be certain to resuspend silver. Best properties, for most applications, result when cured for several minutes at 150°C. Good STORAGE: Shelf Life: 6 months at 25°C. SAFETY & HANDLING: Use with adequate ventilation. Keep away from sparks and open flames. Avoid prolonged contact with skin and breathing of vapors. Wash with soap and water to remove from skin.
