closing of the sales of W. Lindner Maschinen trademark and technology assets

The Assets have been purchased by Olivotto Glass Technologies SpA (Turin-Italy), an Olivotto Industries Company, operating in the engineering and manufacturing of glassware forming machinery under the trade names OLIVOTTO, ANTAS and LYNCH.

The LINDNER trademark and technologies concerning activities in the hollow glass forming machinery will be integrated under a sole organization.The OLIVOTTO, ANTAS, LYNCH and LINDNER technology will be worldwide integrated under a sole sales organisation.

Olivotto Glass Technologies is a leading company in engineering and manufacturing forming machinery for a wide range of hollow glass articles, serving capital investments worldwide to the most important hollow glass article producers.

Olivotto Glass Technologies is proud to integrate its know-how and organisation with the LINDNER acquisition, worldwide well known and appreciated in glass forming processes. The result combining LINDNER with OLIVOTTO, ANTAS and LYNCH technologies is by far the widest base of machines installed worldwide.
