Der italienische Maschinenkonzern Biesse hat eine Vereinbarung mit der Schweizer B.H.T. s.r.l. getroffen, die die Option zur Übernahme von 60 % an B.H.T. bis Ende September 2009 beinhaltet. B.H.T. ist in der Entwicklung von Anlagen zur Produktion von Flachglas und gebogenem Glas für verschiedene Industriebereiche tätig. Der durchschnittliche Jahresumsatz von B.H.T. beläuft sich auf knapp 6 Mio €; die EBIT-Marge auf 9,1 %. Der Kaufpreis, über den Stillschweigen vereinbart wurde, soll in zwei Raten in den Jahren 2009 und 2010 gezahlt werden, sofern die Option ausgeübt wird.
