In 1992 Modell- und Formenbau E. Krahl was founded by the owner Ekkehart Krahl, master craftsman of model making trade. The company quickly developed into a medium-sized supplier of the glass industry.

To the manufacturing program belong moulding tools for the manual and machine glass production as well as models for foundries and illustrative models. Extensive investments in modern CNC-controlled manufacturing methods and the crafts skills of the staff guarantee the on schedule manufacturing of high-quality moulding tools.
 
Since 1997 Modell- und Formenbau E. Krahl has been successfully certified according to the industrial standards of DIN EN ISO 9001:2000. To our customers belong noted big glass manufacturers but also small glassworks. The tools are manufactured flexibly and coordinated on the individual wishes of each customer that guarantees an effective use of the moulds. If requested moulds with measuring protocol can be delivered.
