Support Team Member

Your profile and responsibilities:
Outgoing and customer-oriented, you will be the competent contact and service partner for our customers, responsible for dealing with their questions, problems and requests whenever the need arises. Your area of responsibility is many-faceted, not only providing hotline service to our customers but also configuring our customer’ systems and creating reports. Requiring a high level of individual responsibility, your duties also offer you a large variety of opportunities for successfully applying your knowledge and winning personality.

Qualifications

Your know-how: You are well acquainted with Windows in a client/server environment and possess good SQL skills. In addition, you have a general understanding of data processing and, ideally, strong analytical and communication talents as well as knowledge of the window and door industry. Because we also serve many international clients, good English skills are a must. High levels of personal initiative and flexibility, as well as a keen sense of responsibility, round off your personal profile.
