Machine Repair Manager

Position Description:

Leone Industries has an immediate opening for experienced Machine Repair Manager.

Qualifications

• This position requires a highly organized and self-motivated individual with strong leadership skills and excellent oral, written and computer skills.
• You must be able to handle multiple tasks and priorities and easily adapt to changing situations.

Job Requirements:

• The successful candidate will have at least 15 years work experience with IS glass forming machines and all related equipment
• Keep the forming equipment running with minimal downtime
• Maintain inventory of spare parts
• Handling of finished ware from the forming machine into the annealing oven
• Maintain Hot End Coating
• Manage the activities of the shop floor and follow established procedures and approved processes
• Supervise all production operations such as assembly, troubleshooting and ware handling.
