· Present Company Job Responsibilities.
Ø Development of new applications as per OEM requirement using Bosch Rexroth products (Digital and analog Servo Drives, Servo Motors, PLC, HMI, PPC motion controller VFD drives ,Tightening system & Weld controls .
Ø Troubleshooting /testing of Rexroth New Inverter/Compact converter Modules.
Ø Retrofit of old machines with latest Products.
Ø Selection of servo drives for the application.
Ø Designing of electrical panel power and control wiring drawing using e-plan software
Ø Troubleshooting and repair of synchronous/Asynchronous Servomotors, Induction motors.
Ø Exposure to Industrial Hydraulics, Exposure to basic Pneumatics
Ø SAP CS Model (PRP system version ECC0.6) Field service Notification, Service order, sales order & Tax Invoice.
Ø Providing Annual maintenance contractor to FORD , ASHOK LEYLAND & RENUALT
Ø Commissioning & Erection of all types’ of panels like (DOL, STAR-DELTA, Drives ,VFD , PLC, HMI Control panels).
