I´ve earned a Master´s degree in Electromechanical Engineering from Lebanese University (2001) and an executive MBA from AUL University (2011). In addition, I have around 15 years of experience mostly in Industrial and Construction field as well.
Maintenance and utility Manager of GLASSFORCE LTD:
As Head of Maintenance Department for both Electrical and Mechanical divisions, I have been responsible for developing preventive and repair maintenance planning for the whole plant; maintaining and operating utility room, inspection machines and packaging sections.
General Manager of GLASSFORCE LTD:
GLASSFORCE can produce up to 500,000 bottles a day (Turnover above 20 million dollars yearly). My key responsibilities includes managing productivity, developing benchmarks to measure performance(efficiency increase by 6%), supervising and controling daily operations. Reporting daily to Managing Director.
My background includes senior management within budgeting, cash management, and cost controls,profit and loss (tracking division for profit and expenses on monthly basis); in addition to strategic business planning and executing programs, business analysis, quality policy and sales.
