I am a 49 year old man who comes from a culturally diverse background who believes in hard work and dedication. i have over the years utilised my professional expertise and extensive manufacturing experience to overcome challenges and execute my responsibilities diligently. iI am a fast-learner with the ability to pay close attention to detail and crically analyse issues. i have the ability to work collaboratively and interact with team members. i have worked in shifts for 27 years,so i am very good at shift management. My main duties at Zimbabwe Glass industries were as follows:

• Shift management(27 years experience in shift management)
• Receiving,Storage and Elevation of raw materials
• Implementing batch corollotions
• Furnace management and process control
• Furnace sizes operated(ranging from 90 tons per day to 130 tons per day) electric furnaces
• Implementation of glass color changes and furnace heat ups
• Glass furnace full and partial rebuild and furnace commissioning
• Carry out energy and material balances to improve production efficiences

I am also well-versed with microsoft office and internet.
