INTERPROJEKT is an engineering company based in Essen, Germany, founded 1990.

We supply plant components and complete turnkey installations for waste gas cleaning and waste heat recovery. We have a competent team of engineers and qualified personnel to provide all necessary engineering services, including planning, detailed design, manufacturing, erection and erection supervision, commissioning and after-sales service.

Our steel products will be manufactured by our sister company DAS in the Czech Republic.

Supplier of Equipment for complete waste gas cleaning systems and Batch and Cullet Preheating Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP) / Wet Electrostatic Precipitator (WESP) Modular designed ESPs are mainly used for cleaning hot flue gases containing dry and not sticky particulates, such as the waste gas from glass furnaces.

For these special applications, we can rely on the experience gained from more than 170 reference installations. INTERPROJEKT’s preheating system was first developed at Nienburger Glas, Germany. The hot flue gas from the glass furnace is directed through the preheater in counter flow to the glass raw materials.

The flue gas and the batch and cullet are in direct contact. The results are the evaporation of the containing moisture and the removal of some of the acidic impurities, such as SOx, HCl and HF.
