Rainer Pilz founded the company Control & Heating Systems, because he wanted to turn a certain idea into reality: Dealing with specific customer issues and offering tailor-made solutions.

Heating and controlling annealing lehrs and smelting furnaces as well as gas mixture controlling are among our main areas of work, while we always put special emphasis on energy-saving technology. Through intensive and close cooperation with our customers and partners, we have achieved many improvements in this field. One burner for the entire temperature range

The gas burner MT120, developed by Control & Heating Systems, is a burner for industrial use and was constructed in monobloc design for modulating operation. It is designed to burn natural gas with thermo-processing systems. It was built and checked according to applicable regulations.
The gas burner MT120 is designed to be used in thermic processing systems, for example in the glass, ceramics and metal industry. It is furthermore used to fuel glass smelting furnaces for the glass working industry.
